Life is like a rollercoaster! It seems like we’re evolving when we experience some of the same things we experienced before. We all have ups and downs; highs and lows and it’s constant. Seemingly, since change is constant, God should change constantly. Well that’s not the case and never will be. No matter who or what changes in our life, God remains the same. He is still there waiting for our faith to activate His word which gives Him the opportunity to do it. Once He seizes the opportunity, God never fails to give us victory that belongs to us through Jesus Christ. Challenges will come causing our faith to waver but that doesn’t change God’s ability to do what He said He would do. The basis of Christianity is faith. Christians trust God and believe what they cannot see. In our life we’ll need spiritual breakthroughs, healing of our bodies, peace that surpasses all understanding or deliverance from things etc;. In any case God has done it before and He can do it again. He specializes in repeating what He’s already done because His word remains and He changes not! Therefore no weapon formed against us shall prosper and every tongue that rises against us in judgment He will condemn (Isaiah 54:17). Whatever is against us will not consume us. Greater is He that is in us than He that is in this world (I John 4:4). Jesus will prevail no matter what. In everything we are more than conquerors (Romans 8:37). Conquer means to defeat or subdue by force. Conquerors are people who naturally defeat or subdue by force. God called us conquerors so that’s what we are. Since God is for us who could be against us (Romans 8:31)? He’s on our side hence He wants us to have victory too.
Anytime opposition occurs in my life, I don’t worry and my attitude is nonchalant. I realize worrying doesn’t change anything but prayer and supplication with thanksgiving does. Now I understand that when things come up I can never allow negative emotions to overwhelm me because this leads to unbelief. Instead I take time out to reflect back and remember what God did then which ultimately helps me believe that He can do it again. (It’s not good to dwell in your past unless you’re reflecting on past victories) There’s something about when you look back and see how far God has brought you and the victories He has won on your behalf that should comfort you. I remember struggling in every area of life but today I can say I’m settled and thank God! He did it; He did it when I trusted Him and He did it when I didn’t trust Him and certainly you can relate. Sometimes all it takes is to remember when He did it. If the two situations can’t compare, still remember when He did it because the fact that He did is enough to know that He can, He will and He’s willing!
Malachi 3:6 “For I am the Lord; I change not.”
YES HE DID DO IT AND I BELIEVE THAT HE WILL CONTINUE TO DO IT IN JESUS NAME WHEW
